(part 7) de Leon, 4th generation: From teen to young adulthood

Age: teen to young adulthood

Eufemia, as the main family head, had to start early on her responsibilities as the heir and head, as she was the oldest person alive in the main family. Luckily branch family head Bernhard de Leon was happy to guide her and the rest 4th generation children, all through Eufemia's teen age years, untill he died of old age.

While she was busy with school, friends, family and trying to find a possible love interest (or several), Eufemia also learned to play piano and violin with his deceased Uncle Sigismund's help. Sigismund sometimes popped by as a ghost to help pass on the family skills to Eufemia and the rest of the 4th generation, as arts in general had never been Bernhard's talent.

As Eufemia reached young adulthood, it was time to focus on getting a spouse and starting a career and thinking about starting the 5th generation. Eufemia was fine with Sotero and Berta growing up under her guidance, as the family wasn't exactly poor. It would have been more than a little ungrateful of her, to toss her younger cousins out, considering how much their parents helped her when she was too young to take on her responsibilities as the main family head after the death of her father.

And asked a living statue to pose for a photo.

Eufemia was already pretty decided on her future spouse, thanks to her wild teen age years. And started introducing Ryuumei Watanabe (a blond Japanese guy) to her family, before making things official. However at the last minute of proposing engagement, Eufemia decided to go for her first fling and girlfriend, Tabitha Pizzazz, instead the man she had been introducing as her significant other to her friends and family. Admittedly they where a little confused at the sharp turn around, but no-one gave her any trouble over it, and her family got on really well with the new choice of spouse.

After which, Tabitha moved in with the de Leons.

Soon after the two of them (Eufemia and Tabitha) got married, and started expecting a new addition to the family after their... "wedding night". Which they enjoyed, quite loudly, during the wedding and right after. With the guests still at a hearing distance. Ahem.
